To alleviate the nerves of the candidates, we have come up with IIFT 2016 key, analysis and cut-off projections which you can use to check your attempts. The key is modelled on the paper set A. However, as the questions were in order, you can easily use it for other sections as well. We have also added a short description of each individual question that you can refer to in case you get stuck.
IIFT 2016 key, analysis and cut-off projections
A few things of note:
1. This is an attempt to bring the key to you in a quick manner. While we are sure of almost all the answers, do let us know in case you feel we have missed something
2. We haven’t been able to figure out the logic to the three incomplete rows based letters/numerals question. If you have cracked it, feel free to let us know. If you haven’t, good job!
3. According to us (and a few students), there were a couple of incorrect questions (the 3 department question and the one about Doctor U being the cardiologist’s ______ and reaching the clinic at _____). Traditionally, IIFT has rewarded everyone the maximum marks for a particular question in case something like this happens. So, if you have marked any answers to these questions or otherwise, you may give yourself the corresponding marks
We will come up with a detailed analysis in sometime. As for now, the paper looked to be a tad difficult compared to IIFT 2015 with a moderate-difficult QA, difficult LR, content-heavy VA and easy RCs and DI sets. We expect the cut-off to be somewhere around the 45 mark. Keep watching this space for the analysis and our take on the paper.

Edit 1: The correct option for the states that have multiple bordering countries is option B (Mizoram, West Bengal, Assam, Sikkim). Also, the question on matching the personalities in GK (Mike Tyson, Sonakshi Sinha, etc.) is incorrect.
