We hope SNAP was as bit fun for you guys as it was for us. This year, we saw a change over the last year’s SNAP paper (in a good way) and quite a few of our students seem to have done well. So, here we bring to you the post on SNAP 2016 Analysis, Review, Cutoffs – SIBM, SCMHRD

Let us put it right at the start that the paper was easier than that of last year and there were minor changes in the marking scheme and the manner in which the sections were split. Overall, it was in tune with what we had expected pre-SNAP 2016. Also, a lot of our frequent visitors would have gained a bit by the fact that there were at least 10 questions in the paper that were borrowed directly from the SNAP 2016 Sprint Preparation Series. Let’s look at the detailed analysis now:

PS: The thing that I spoke about in the overview slide regarding gambling. It is similar to what people used to do earlier in the FMS entrance test. With +4/-1 marking system and four options, you can mark all your unanswered questions as the same option and hope to get 1/4th of the answers correct (based on probability). That will definitely give a boost to your score.
